Are you a small business or workspace provider in Park Royal? Do you want to develop new or improve existing affordable workspace, or have plans to expand your business? If so, then we want to hear from you!
Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) is pleased to launch the Loans for Small Businesses. We will be providing £350,000 of funding to support new and existing Park Royal based food manufacturing and creative businesses to expand their businesses, as well as supporting affordable workspace providers to expand their premises.
Full details are within the Small Business Loan Prospectus, including the interest rate, lowered to 2.25%. You can submit and Expression of Interest (EOI) using our simple online form below.
EOI submissions are open now and funding will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
