Hello, and welcome to OPDC's home for the Old Oak Neighbourhood Area Extension Consultation that took place between 13 September and 25 October 2021.

Thank you to those who submitted comments.

What was consulted on?

The Old Oak Neighbourhood Forum submitted an application to OPDC to extend the existing Old Oak Neighbourhood Area.

We invited comments on the proposed extension to the Old Oak Neighbourhood Area. You can find the consultation documents and more on the right of this page.

The proposed extension can be seen in blue in the adjacent map and also in the application material which is available to view on the right of this page. Consultation took place between 13 September and midnight 25 October 2021.

What happened after the consultation?

Following consultation, officers provided their recommendations to OPDC Planning Committee and OPDC Board. On 30 November 2021, OPDC Board designated an amended Old Oak Neighbourhood Area.

The designated amended Old Oak Neighbourhood Area is different to the extension applied for by the Forum. The amended area includes an additional area of the Lords Builders Merchants site and removes the western corner of Atlas Junction roundabout.

Information about the designation and reasons for amending the area are set out on OPDC's webpages.
