Hello and welcome to OPDC's home for the consultation for the Tree Preservation Order 2025 on Land at 2-20 Western Rd, Park Royal NW10 7LW (reference no. OPDC/TPO/2025/PR001).

Consultation runs from 12th December 2025 to midnight 6th February 2026.

What are we consulting on?

The Tree Preservation Order 2025 on Land at 2-20 Western Rd, Park Royal NW10 7LW aims to protect trees which make a significant impact on their local surroundings. These consist of one individual tree and three groups of trees that are deemed important to public amenity, local environment and landscape. You can view the details provided in the supporting documents (Schedule of Tree and Tree Location Plan).

Provisional effect of order

A provisional order is in immediate effect from 10th December 2025 which will continue for six months, or until it is confirmed, whichever comes first.

Once confirmed, TPOs remain in force indefinitely.

When will the consultation be carried out?

It will take place for 8 weeks between 12th December 2025 to midnight 6th February 2026.

In accordance with the OPDC Statement of Community Involvement, a minimum consultation period of six weeks is required. This period will be extended by an additional two weeks to accommodate the festive season in December.

How can you get involved?

To object to or support the Tree Preservation Order 2025 on Land at 2-20 Western Rd, Park Royal NW10 7LW, write to us within 8 weeks, stating your reasons.

Your comments will be taken into account when deciding whether to confirm the order.

Notices have been sent to the persons interested in the land affected by the Order. Emails have been sent out to OPDC’s consultation database.

The Planning Committee will make the decision to confirm, modify or decide not to confirm the Order no later than the expiration of the provisional period of six months beginning with the date on which it was made.
