The Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC) and London Borough of Ealing are working together to make improvements to Midland Terrace Playground.

In 2020 local people came together to work with Ealing Council and OPDC to develop a vision to improve the playground and neighbouring open spaces at Victoria Gardens and Cerebos Gardens. We have recently secured funding to deliver a first phase of these improvements at Midland Terrace playground. We want local people to input into our plans, which will develop key elements of the original concept.

The improved playground will include a range of places to play, including new and repaired play equipment, for children up to 11 years old. Plans also include new paths, seating and planting to brighten up the playground and create new habitats for nature, making it more welcoming and accessible for everyone to enjoy.

We would like to thank everyone who attended and engaged with our community events last year to discuss improvements to the playground. This spring, the playground will close for these improvements to take place. The area will be transformed with new play equipment and planting to improve facilities for residents.
